SOPORTE KONTAKT

PROBLEMA
Tengo un problema con la libreria al ejecutarla que dice "This patch is encrypted and cannot be loaded unless the respective library is registered properly"

SOLUCION 1
(Esto pasa mayormente cuando queremos cargar la libreria desde la pestaña "File" En algun momento nos aparecera este mensaje)

En el Kontakt click a la pestaña "Libraries" seguido Click en el boton "Add Library"

Buscar la carpeta de tu libreria que contenga los archivos ".nkx o .nicnt" luego click en OK. Seguido La Libreria aparecera en las TAGS del Kontakt, quizas te aparesca un aviso de permisos del Service Center y Cargar Patches para la Librerias, le damos, Ok a todo y listo!

SOLUCION 2
Asegurece de no estar usando un ".nicnt" o "wallpaper" personalizado o editado con una Libreria Oficial de Kontakt (Puedes agregar un Wallpaper personalizado luego de agregar tu libreria, Muy importante, esto te evitara mucho dolores de cabeza)

SOLUCION 3
Mueve el archivo ".nicnt" a cualquier otro folder dentro de la carpeta de la libreria
*Nota: si eso no funciona poner el ".nicnt" en el lugar donde estaba.

SOLUCION 4
En tu teclado preciona las teclas "WINDOWS + R" (Primero de presiona la tecla windows y sin soltar la tecla R una vez)
La tecla windows es aquella que tiene el logo de "Windows obiamente" a la derecha de la tecla "CTRL".

- Escribe en el cuadro de ejecutar: regedit
Borra todos los siguientes directorios del registro
(Nota: si algunos directorios no estan ahí es mejor)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Tu Libreria

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Tu Libreria 

Dentro de esta carpeta o clave: 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Content
Borra el registro con el nombre de la libreria o las librerias que no puedes agregar.

En Equipo buscar y eliminar el archivo XML con el nombre de la libreria:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\Library Name.xml

Ahora Agrega nuevamente la libreria en el Kontakt, eso debe funcionar

Actualiza tu Kontakt a la ultima version "5.3.1" y agrega nuevamente la Libreria

(this happens mostly to quickload & file browser users who don't use the libraries tab, but everyone will get this message at one point)
In Kontakt click the Libraries Tab, then 
Click the Add Library Button, then

Browse to the location of your library then click Okay. Now the new library tab will been shown and sometimes another message with the option to add the library in the database click okay. Your Done!!! :wink:

Make sure your not using a custom .nicnt or wallpaper with a official Kontakt library(you can add the Custom Wallpaper after you add the library in Kontakt, Very important & will save you an headache)

move the .nicnt file to any other folder in the library, Note: if that didn't work put the .nicnt back to the main folder

Click the Start button(Windows Icon on the bottom left of your screen)

Type or copy this in the search box: regedit
Delete all of the following locations from your registry
(Note: some of them might not be there, that's good!!)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Library Name

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Library Name

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Content
(Delete anything named Library Name, all of them must be deleted)Very important!!!!

Folder location:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\Library Name.xml

Now re-add the library in Kontakt, it should be there. Your Done :wink:

Upgrade your Kontakt 5 to 5.3.0 and add the library again (no download link here)

Q.
How do I keep my library permanently in the library tab i add it to Kontakt everything works great until I reload Kontakt?

This happens with official Kontakt Libraries the CurInstrDir is not configured correctly and it cache a old location also you need to delete these K5DbCacheImportData & K5DbCacheImportSize, registry Keys

But to make life easy just delete the whole library key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Library Name
right-click the library name and press delete
Start Kontakt and the library will be there

Kontakt Keeps crashing?? Please Help

Delete the following files from this folder
C:\Users\ME\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\Db
Factory.kdb.cache
kontaktdb2
kontaktdb2Lock

This is called a Corrupted Database Problem(CDP)

open kontakt and you should be good to go no need for re-installation
